I.T.Now! Technology Group was founded in 2006 with a focus on home automation. As the economy changed in 2008, we took a hard look at where we could make the greatest impact and made the decision to focus exclusively on supporting businesses.
That decision was shaped by years of experience working with small and medium-sized businesses. We saw firsthand that many organizations were treated as just another support ticket, receiving reactive service instead of proactive guidance. We believed there was a better way.
